To cancel your Skype subscription, sign in to your account at Skype.com.
Click on your subscriptions, then click the “Settings” link next to the subscription that you wish to cancel. Click on the “Cancel subscription” link under the payment details and confirm your cancellation to cancel your Skype Subscription.
You cannot cancel your Skype account completely once it is created, but you can remove all personal information from the account.
