In order to cancel your Namecheap hosting account, you will have to submit a ticket to the Namecheap helpdesk at https://support.namecheap.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit. In your request, you must include your full name, the e-mail address associated with your account, your cPanel username, and your transaction, order, or invoice ID to verify the ownership of your account.
