The first step to cancelling your myFICO account is logging in to your account. After you have logged in, visit the customer care contact page at https://www.myfico.com/help/contactus.aspx. Select “I would like to cancel my product subscription”, select the product subscription that you wish to cancel, then click the “Next” button. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your account.
