How to Cancel My Account ?

The first step to cancelling your Eve Online account is logging in to your Eve Online account as you normally would. Once logged in, go to the account management page and click the “Cancel Subscription” link. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your account.


If you wish to reactivate your account, you can do so within six months of cancellation since your characters and statistics are saved for six months.
