In order to cancel your Juno account, you will have to call Juno customer service toll free at 1-888-811-5866 and request the cancellation of your account. When prompted by the customer service representative, provide your Juno account number and credit card number associated with the account; you may also be required to provide additional information in order to cancel your account.
