Start by logging in to your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account. After logging in, click the “Contact Us” link, then click “Cancel Any Subscriptions”. Next, click the word “Cancel” next to each of your subscriptions.
After you have cancelled your subscriptions, go back to the “Contact Us” page, then then click “Inform our Accounts Department” under “Manage My Account” section. Fill out the text fields and enter your request to cancel your account. Your account will be cancelled within 48 hours of the submission of your request.
