Begin by logging in to your GetResponse account. After logging in, click “My Account” at the top of the page, then select “My Billing” from the drop-down menu. On the billing page, click the “cancel subscription” link. Check the box to confirm your decision, then click the “Cancel my account” button to cancel your account.
