In order to cancel your Net Detective subscription, you must send an e-mail to support@hdpublishing.com and ask for a refund request form. Print out the form, fill it out, and scan it. Send the scan to support@hdpublishing.com in order to request your refund and cancel your subscription.
Be advised that you must cancel your subscription within 90 days of purchasing it in order to be eligible for a refund.
