How to Cancel My Account ?

To cancel your Allstate Motor Club membership, call the Allstate customer service department at 1-800-255-7828 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. When you reach a customer support representative, given them your account number and let them know that you wish to cancel your membership.


If you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your membership after your first 30 days, you may still be eligible for a partial refund.
