In order to cancel your TED.com account, you will have to contact customer support by filling out the form found at http://support.ted.com/customer/portal/emails/new. Select “TED.com / TED Talks” from the drop-down menu, fill out the required fields, answer the captcha, then click the “Send Email” button to submit your account cancellation request.
