The first step to cancelling your 1&1 account is visiting the cancellation page at cancel.1and1.com. From the cancellation page, log in to your account, then click the cancellation link near the top of the screen. Scroll to the domain(s) that you wish to cancel, and select “End Domain Contract” from the drop-down menu(s). Select whether you wish your domain(s) to be cancelled in thirty days are immediately. After this step, check the summary page to make sure that all of the domains that you wish to cancel are listed. Click “Confirm” and wait for a verification e-mail to be sent. Follow the further instructions in this e-mail to cancel your account(s).
