How to Cancel My Account ?

To cancel your paid Disney Toontown Online account, you must first visit the account manager page at cancel and log in using your account credentials. From here, click the “Manage Membership” tab, then click on “Cancel Membership”.


There is no need to cancel a free account. Characters with long period of inactivity on free accounts are subject to automatic deletion.
