How to Cancel My Account ?

The first step to cancelling your Netflix account is to log in to your account.
After logging in, search for the term “cancel” using the search bar in the upper-right corner of the screen, and you will be brought to the cancellation page. Netflix will offer more affordable plans or an account hold, but if you are certain that you wish to cancel you account, check the box and click the button labeled “Complete Cancellation”.
