First, log in to your account. Determine whether you have a Pro or Enterprise account or not. If so, you will have to be a super admin and delete your organization in order to cancel your account.
Once you have completed this step, or if you did not have a Pro or Enterprise account, click on the gear icon on the launch menu. Select the profile tab, then click on “Account Removal”. Use the text field to explain why you are cancelling your account, then click the button labeled “Remove My Account”.
