How to Cancel My Account ?

To cancel your OptionsHouse account, you must send and e-mail to customerservice@optionshouse.com using the e-mail address associated with the account that you wish to close. In your e-mail message, include the name(s) of the holder(s) of the account that you wish to close, the birthdate(s) of the account holder(s), the last four digits of the social security number(s) of the account holder(s), and the last four digits of the number of the account that you wish to close.
