To cancel a Xoom transaction, log in to your Xoom account and access the Xoom customer service contact page. Once you have loaded the contact page, fill in the text fields with the required information and type in “Cancellation Request” in the “Subject” field. Type your request to cancel the transaction into the message field. When you are done, click the “Send Email” button to send your cancellation request.
