How to Cancel My Account ?

First, log in to your CVS account. Once you have logged in, click the “My Account” link in the upper-right corner of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of this page, then click the “Change or Delete Account” button. Next, click the “Delete Account Permanently” link. Enter your account information once again, then click “OK” to verify your decision and cancel your account.
