To cancel your Vonage service, you must contact Vonage customer support via telephone at 1-866-243-4357. They can be contacted between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. Monday through Friday and between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. All given times are Eastern Standard Time.
