In order to cancel your ADT alarm service, you must call the ADT marketing center toll-free at 1-800-600-5145. When prompted, press 1 on your touch-tone phone for home security systems. Next, press 4 to switch to the cancellation department. Once you reach a customer service agent, tell the agent that you would like to cancel your account and provide any necessary information to do so.
