The first step to cancelling your Allnurses account is to access the Allnurses contact page at http://allnurses.com/sendmessage.php. Enter your name and e-mail address into the appropriate text fields, and select “Not Listed” in the drop-down “Subject” menu. Enter the security code and type up your cancellation request. Finally, click the “Send” button to send your cancellation request.
