The first step to cancelling your Authorize.Net account is logging in at https://account.authorize.net/. After you have logged in, click the “Contact Us” link and create a new eTicket. Fill in the text fields with the appropriate information, then enter your cancellation request. Click “Submit” to send your request to cancel your account.
