You can cancel your Shopify account in five easy steps.
First, log in to your Shopify account as usual.
Second, click “Account” in the upper-right corner on the screen.
Third, click “Please cancel my account” at the bottom of the page.
Fourth, select why you are closing your account from the list of reasons.
Finally, click “Close My Shopify Store” to cancel your Shopify account.
