How to Cancel My Account ?

In order to cancel your Boingo account, you will have to contact Boingo support by e-mail at support@boingo.com. Make sure that the subject of your e-mail message is “Cancellation”, and that you provide your name, billing address, last four digits of your credit card number, and your Boingo account number in the body of your e-mail message along with a request to cancel your account.
