First, access the eBid homepage and click “Help” in the upper-right corner of the page.
Second, click the “Contact Us” tab, then click the link to open a support ticket.
Finally, fill out the text fields with the appropriate information and type up your request to have your account cancelled, then send your request. You will be notified by e-mail when your account is cancelled.
