Begin by logging in to your Twitpic account on the Twitpic homepage. Once you have logged in, click “Settings” in the upper-right corner of the page. Click “manage” on the left side of the screen. Type in the CAPTCHA under the “Delete Account” section, then click the “Delete Account” button to cancel your account.
