How to Cancel My Account ?

In order to cancel your TrueCredit account, you must contact TrueCredit customer service at 1-800-493-2392 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 a.m. Monday through Thursday, or between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays through Sundays. Have your TrueCredit ID number ready to give to the customer service representative to make the cancellation of your account easier.
